We Have Moved

YEP ~ Finally Moved!

Well we have moved but I haven't yet got there physically.

I am presently in Lubbock trying to finish up a few things and enjoy the wonderful 100 degree HOT days here in west Texas.

I plan on making it to Hollywood Maryland just south of DC just in time for school to start.

Andrew has already found a house for the kids (YEAH) with a pool and four bedrooms and a BIG basement for all those willing to make there way to DC for a vacation and spend a few days enjoying our house with us.

I am including a copy of our "change of address information" below so that you can take a note of our new address. PO BOX 501, Hollywood MD 20636. I will keep my ph# 850-291-5853 for a while so you can reach me there.

For those of you that haven't ordered your pictures (senior and wedding and others) please don't hesitate to call me or e-mail me (mvisionphotography@yahoo.com) as I can walk you through anything. Also if you have ANYTHING that you want changed over to B&W or cropped differently let me know as I can easily do that and upload it again.

I'm just a phone call away.

I will have the WISSING wedding finished by the end of next week (including the book). I have had "terrible" internet connections (west Texas for you) so hopefully I will be done with everything. You can check out all the Wissing Wedding pictures at their direct site mvisionphotography.com/wissing.

We are already missing everyone and please know that next year Football will just not be the same without PACE!

Wissing Wedding

Patrick and Aleigha got married! YEAH.
I have been working hard on getting all the pictures up and done before we move next week (12th of June) So I would like to share a few of them here and make sure you know where to find them.

Click HERE to see The Slide Show to all the special pictures.

Click Here (mvisionphotography.com/wissing) to see their WHOLE gallery.

You can leave comments on the galleries or pictures if you would like to (or comments here). I subsequently filter through them and delete them after a few weeks if they get a bit long but please leave comments so that Aleigha and Patrick know you stopped by as I will try and forward all the notes. :) ~ micki

A Story on the Beach...

Walk with Me on water
The only way
to walk along the beach is barefoot.
For one golden sandy moment
your footprint signature is a part of the beach...

Hear the shore break;

cover your toes.

Your path is unique

tracks now disappear
no-one can follow.

But a couple
of distinct journeys
can match each other

stride by stride
beside...

Just a bit of thought in this blog...

I won't get into the politics of the whole matter but I will say it has rocked the school that my kids go to a bit that they can't PRAY or say GOD at their school.

The pictures at the end of my little blog here will tell a tale of how much "love" and "compassion" this school has here.

My story, and I'll keep it short, goes like this.

Campus Crusades was allowed to come to our schools back in the 80's and pray with us back in the old days. I call them that because I was young and I needed College aged kids to come into the school and mentor us. I needed wonderful teachers to care for me during this time. Short story is because of some small gesture that a few college kids did and a small amount of time they took away from their busy schedule I went on to a smaller college than the University of Texas and went to a small Baptist College and truly I think I found my way smoother in life before going back to UT.

Now was this "against" the law and rules and all this stuff that seems to be going on in the year 2009? I have absolutely no clue. Things seem to have been more simple back then. That is my short version of how a couple of wonderful kids changed my life and I thank GOD for that. I have more to that story but in short just a couple of kids praying with me at school early in the day or at lunch changed my life.

Yes...

So, I will let these pictures tell the story about the High School where my kids go to school here. How do I tell them that they can't even say GOD or Pray?

(you can see the story in the PNJ here)

It is a sad day isn't it if they can't do this anymore.

These were taken almost a year ago.

They are FREE for anyone to take. Just click on the picture and they will take you to the ORIGINAL picture and you can download the "save as" picture (high resolution). Thanks guys for a great last years season.

Wish we were going to be here to take pictures of you this season!

We will be praying for you to have a successfull, less stressfull season. ~ micki and Andrew (aka Fergi)
